Booking & Scheduling

How do I book a clean?

Simply enter your postcode on our website, select your property size, choose your preferred frequency (weekly, fortnightly, or one-off), and pick a date and time. The whole process takes about 60 seconds.

Can I book a same-day clean?

Yes! Depending on cleaner availability in your area, same-day bookings are often possible. Enter your postcode to see available time slots.

What if I need to reschedule?

Life happens! You can reschedule or skip a clean easily through the app with at least 24 hours notice. We'll adjust your upcoming schedule automatically.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. There are no contracts or commitments. You can pause or cancel your service at any time with no penalties.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure your preferred time slot. However, same-day bookings are possible if cleaners are available.

During the Clean

Do I need to be home during the clean?

Not at all! Many of our customers provide key access or use a smart lock. Your cleaner is fully vetted and insured, so you can feel confident leaving them to work while you're out.

What cleaning products should I provide?

Your cleaner will use your own cleaning supplies and equipment. Most cleaners travel by public transport, so you'll need to provide a vacuum, mop, and bucket. If you have a cordless vacuum, please ensure it's fully charged before your cleaner arrives. This also means your home gets cleaned with products you know and trust.

What does a standard clean include?

Our standard clean covers all main living areas: dusting surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms (toilet, shower, sink), kitchen surfaces and appliances, making beds, and emptying bins. See our Services page for the full checklist.

Can I request specific tasks?

Yes! You can add notes to your booking with any specific requests or areas to focus on. You can also add extras like inside oven cleaning, inside fridge cleaning, ironing, or inside window cleaning.

Will I have the same cleaner each time?

Yes, we match you with a regular cleaner who will visit each time. They'll learn your home and preferences, providing consistent quality. If your regular cleaner is unavailable, we'll arrange cover and let you know.

Payment & Pricing

How do I pay?

We charge your card before each clean and hold the payment securely. Once your clean is complete, we release the payment to your cleaner. If there are any issues such as a missed clean or problems with the service, we provide refunds promptly. No cash needed, no awkward exchanges.

How is the price calculated?

Pricing is based on your property size and cleaning frequency. Weekly cleans are the most affordable (up to 15% savings), while one-off cleans are priced slightly higher. Enter your postcode for an exact quote.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees, ever. The price you see is the price you pay. We're completely transparent about our pricing.

Can I tip my cleaner?

Yes! Tipping is entirely optional but always appreciated. You can add a tip easily through the app after your clean.

What if I need to dispute a charge?

Contact us within 24 hours of your clean and we'll work with you to resolve any issues. We want you to be completely satisfied.

Trust & Safety

Are your cleaners vetted?

Yes, every cleaner goes through a thorough vetting process including identity verification, right-to-work checks, and reference checks. We only work with experienced, professional cleaners.

Are cleaners insured?

Yes, all our cleaners are fully insured for your peace of mind. This covers accidental damage while working in your home.

What if something is damaged?

While rare, accidents can happen. If something is damaged during a clean, contact us immediately. Our insurance covers accidental damage, and we'll work to resolve the issue quickly.

What if I'm not happy with my clean?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn't quite right, let us know within 24 hours and we'll work with you to make it right - whether that means sending your cleaner back or providing a refund.

How do you handle keys?

Key handling is between you and your cleaner. Many customers provide a spare key, use a key safe, or give access via a smart lock. Your cleaner will treat your key with the utmost care and responsibility.

Do you clean commercial properties?

We focus on domestic home cleaning. For commercial or office cleaning, please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.

Do you offer end of tenancy cleaning?

Yes! Our one-off deep clean option is perfect for end of tenancy situations. You can also add extras like oven cleaning and carpet cleaning.
